FORM 304 is a small portfolio site. We've kept it deliberately simple, both in design and in the way it handles your data — which is to say, it doesn't really handle any.

what we don't do

This site does not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising cookies, fingerprinting, or any third-party scripts that profile visitors. No account or sign-in is required to browse it.

what is collected

Like any website, the server hosting this site (Netlify) keeps standard technical logs — IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps — for a short period, used only for security and to ensure the site runs properly. We don't access these logs for any other purpose.

If you write to us at contact@form304.com, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use them only to reply, and we don't add you to any mailing list or share your details with anyone.

external links

Our site links to a few outside places — most notably our Instagram page. Once you click through, you're on someone else's platform, and their data practices apply. We have no control over what they collect, so it's worth glancing at their privacy policies if that matters to you.

your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you've sent us. The simplest way is to email us at the address above. Since we don't keep contact databases, this usually amounts to deleting any past correspondence on request.

If our setup ever changes — for instance, if we add a contact form or analytics — we'll update this page accordingly.
